Goat Milk?

Well, hi! If you read our About page, you know all about Alexis and her journey to making soaps for her daughter, Lillee, and how that transformed into a small business. She also has a couple employees who love to write and convinced her she needed a blog as well. She'll drop in a line here or there, mostly to brag about her grand-champion goats, her children, and her husband who runs his own business.

But this post isn't about Alexis. It's all about goats and the benefits of their milk in soap.

Did you know that goat's milk is packed with vitamins, especially Vitamin A?

Vitamin A does a lot of skin-benefitting things such as removing dead skin cells and repairing damaged ones; reducing fine lines, brown spots, and wrinkles; as well as helping to control acne, psoriasis, eczema, and rosacea. Pretty cool, right?

In addition, goat's milk contains lactic acid, fatty acid, and probiotics. These all help repair the skin barrier, encourage the growth of normal skin flora, and contribute to noticeably softer skin.

Now, we're not saying you HAVE to replace your body wash, face wash, and shaving cream with goat's milk soap. We're just saying that if you did, you'd have the G.O.A.T of all soaps...
